- Scan: scan or type in the delivery number from the delivery note. If you use the setting “Scan orders instead of deliveries”, you scan the order number instead, and the app creates the delivery from the weclapp order.
- Check: the app shows the line items of the delivery. Depending on the configuration, you confirm them via item scan or manually.
- Ship: scan the delivery number again (“Scan to ship”) or tap Submit. The app fetches the label from the carrier, prints it and sets the weclapp delivery to Shipped, including the tracking number.
- Next: in paperless mode, the next delivery of your filter opens by itself, with no new scan needed. You move urgent deliveries up via fast lane and set blocked ones aside.

The delivery note from weclapp carries the delivery number as a barcode. Packers scan it, Fulfillment 4 weclapp loads the line items, and as soon as everything is confirmed, shipping label and tracking number are created directly in weclapp. Anyone who prefers to work paperless uses the delivery list in the app: tap a delivery, pack, and the next one opens automatically. Here we describe the process, the variants with order and tracking number, and what doesn't work.
