Carrier customs document: DHL Paket, FedEx, Österreichische Post, UPS, DPD and GLS return a customs document with the label, which the app prints immediately.
Customs document from weclapp as a fallback: If a carrier provides no document, the app prints the customs declaration from weclapp, with the same line items that went to the carrier.

Print the delivery note too: The weclapp delivery note is printed in triplicate.

Printers, multiple copies, paperless

Frequently asked questions

CN22 or CN23, what does the app print?

The carrier decides that based on the transmitted data. The app supplies the line items, values and weights; the carrier generates the matching document from them.

Can I reprint customs papers?

The documents are attached to the shipment in weclapp and can be opened and printed again there. How reprints work in the print workflow is described under Print automation with weclappOS.

Can I see the customs documents in weclapp?

Yes. The app stores them as a document on the shipment, even if printing is switched off.
