The connection to weclapp is in place, your AI assistant is set up, and then you are sitting in front of an empty input field. This is exactly where many people stop. That is why the dashboard has five ready-made sentences waiting for you to simply copy.

Problem

Setting up a new tool means investing time first: entering the tenant URL, creating an API token, connecting the AI client. Then comes the moment that should really be the most exciting and is often the hardest instead: what do I ask now?

An assistant that can do everything invites nothing in particular. The first question then easily becomes a test question (“How many customers do we have?”). The answer is correct, and the afternoon is over. You never see the real benefit, which is getting work done in one sentence that would otherwise take a long time.

Solution

The dashboard of wals.pro AI 4 weclapp has five recipes, each with exactly one example sentence. You copy it with one click and paste it into your AI assistant in Claude or ChatGPT:

  • Article master data: “Revise the descriptions of all articles in the Accessories product group: consistent structure, dimensions first, three sentences at most. Show me the preview first.”
  • Customers & contacts: “Find customers that were probably created twice: same VAT ID, same email domain or same phone number. Show them to me as a list.”
  • Service tickets: “Summarize the ticket from Müller Ltd for me: what does the customer want, and what is the status of their latest order and delivery? Suggest a reply.” (“Müller Ltd” is a made-up example. Use a customer from your system.)
  • Warehouse & replenishment planning: “Which articles are likely to run out in the next four weeks? Suggest order quantities per supplier.”
  • Reports: “Which ten customers had the biggest drop in revenue in the third quarter compared with the previous year?”

The sentences are deliberately concrete. They show how to talk to the assistant: with a goal, a constraint and a format for the result. Once you have tried them, you will phrase the next question yourself, with your own product group, your own customer and your own time period.

The same applies here as to everything in wals.pro AI: the assistant always shows you any change in weclapp as a preview first. It is only carried out after your explicit approval.

Plus: house rules right from the start

Right after the connection, the setup suggests that you record how you work in weclapp, for example which fields a quotation always needs at your company. The assistant reads these house rules before it writes for matching tasks. You can find them in the dashboard under “Workflow rules”.

Result

The first week decides whether a tool becomes part of your everyday work. With the recipes, you get from a working setup to your first real result without first having to think about what you should actually ask.

What it is not

The recipes are example sentences to get you started, not fixed functions. You can rephrase them freely and fill them with your own data. What the assistant may read and change in your weclapp is still determined by your weclapp user and the roles in your workspace.

The help article Your first five questions shows you how to phrase your first questions. You can find out what else wals.pro AI 4 weclapp can do on the product page and in the overview of the weclapp MCP server.
