Du scannst die EAN jedes Artikels. Die App ordnet ihn der richtigen Position zu, erfasst auf Wunsch Serien- und Chargennummern und merkt sich den Fortschritt, wenn du unterbrochen wirst.

Du wählst die Versandart am Packplatz oder übernimmst sie aus weclapp. Etiketten und bei Sendungen außerhalb der EU-Zollunion auch die Zollinhaltserklärung kommen über weclappOS aus dem Drucker am Packplatz.

Eleven carriers are connected directly: DHL Paket, DHL Express, Deutsche Post, DPD, GLS, FedEx, Austrian Post, Swiss Post and Eurotranspharma, as well as the freight forwarders Dachser and Gebrüder Weiss. You need your own contract for every carrier. Only what is in this list is committed; we check further carriers on request.

Can I print multiple labels for one delivery?

Yes, with weclapp and with Fulfillment 4 weclapp. weclapp creates one label per package, but according to the documentation as of 28.08.2025 not for e-commerce orders. Fulfillment 4 weclapp creates several labels at the time of goods issue and stores labels and tracking numbers of all packages in weclapp. Printing is done via weclappOS at the packing station. How this behaves for shop orders, we clarify in the call on your shop.

Do I need additional weclapp licenses for the packing station?

According to the store listing, only a single weclapp license is needed. According to the wals.pro product page, the app is a web app in which you manage the users directly; an unlimited number of packing stations and packers is possible. What else is included in your weclapp package, you clarify using the weclapp pricing page. How weclapp licenses is explained on the page Per document or per user.

Do customs and dangerous goods work?

Where the respective shipping carrier supports it, yes: customs handling and dangerous goods shipping under ADR are possible. You print the customs declaration at the time of shipping.
