Our customers asked for it.

The ERP AI Forum grew out of a wish that came up in a workshop with customers: finally get together with other companies that run the same systems, and learn from each other instead of watching presentations. The format idea came with it: everyone shows what they have built, and the others ask questions.

wals.pro brings curation, moderation, the hands-on workshops and the technical depth. We deliberately keep the stage for practical examples free, because the strongest cases come from the participants.

How the 1.5 days run

The kickoff is the shared dinner the evening before. The programme itself is 1.5 days: one full day and the morning after. The evening comes on top so you can arrive relaxed and there are no strangers in the room the next morning. Roughly four tenths curated programme, three tenths hands-on, three tenths exchange; exact times follow with the date and location.

Evening before · Kickoff dinner

You arrive in the afternoon and join the network right away at the shared dinner. The next morning there are no strangers in the room. Both nights are included in the ticket.

Icon: kickoff

Day 1 · Opening

Opening and an honest status report on AI in ERP: what works reliably by now and what does not yet, with numbers instead of promises.

Icon: Show and Tell

Day 1 · Show and Tell

Participants show live what they have built in weclapp and n8n, including the places where it got stuck. Afterwards the group asks how exactly it works.

Icon: hands-on

Day 1 · Hands-on

Parallel tracks by level: an introduction to the AI platform or a deeper dive into boilerplate and agents. You pick your track, and you type yourself instead of watching.

Icon: evening programme

Day 1 · Evening

Before dinner, everyone names one topic for the next morning, usually the thing that got stuck in the hands-on session. Over dinner, exactly these questions continue. In our experience this is the part everyone remembers longest, so we deliberately plan plenty of time for it.

Day 2 · Your topics

The topics from the evening before become the session plan for the day: no talks, but conversations on exactly the questions you brought along. To close, everyone says what they will build in the next 30 days.

No pitch. That is not a figure of speech, it is the house rule.

"Active industry exchange instead of passive marketing fluff" is easy to claim. That is why we put in writing what you can hold us to.

01

At least half the stage is yours

Most of the programme time comes from users, not vendors. Whoever has built something shows it themselves.

02

Sponsors get expert formats, not a stage

Partners are welcome, but only in subject-matter formats. There are no stage pitches, not even in return for sponsorship.

03

No pitch applies to us too

wals.pro does not sell from the stage at this event either. If a collaboration comes out of it, it happens in conversation afterwards.

04

You are a guest, not a lead

Your ticket is paid, and you are treated accordingly. No badge scanning, no sales funnel afterwards.

ERP AI Forum

When and where does the forum take place?

The forum is planned for 2027. We are finalizing date and location right now and will announce them before the official launch. The waitlist is how you hear first, with no purchase obligation.

What does a seat cost and what is included?

A seat costs €1,490 net. This includes two overnight stays with breakfast, catering throughout (two dinners, two lunches and the breaks), and all workshops and talks. We arrange multiple tickets and individual travel separately.

Who is the forum for?

For teams with real ERP and process involvement: weclapp users, process owners, ERP and automation leads, decision-makers, as well as n8n/AI implementers and relevant weclapp partners.

How many seats are there?

Seats are deliberately limited and curated. The forum thrives on the group fitting together and on really getting to know each other in 1.5 days, not on getting as many people as possible into one hall.

A share of the seats is reserved for participants of the AI Enablement packages; depending on the package, one, two or four named seats are included there. The waitlist gives you first access to the rest once booking opens.

When do I arrive and when am I back home?

You arrive the evening before, and that is exactly the intention: the shared dinner is the kickoff, not a side dish. You arrive in the afternoon, get to know the group over dinner and start the next morning well rested. The programme is 1.5 days; the evening before comes on top.

Both overnight stays including breakfast are included in the ticket, as is catering throughout. On the second day the programme ends at midday so you are home again the same evening. The venue is chosen as a well-connected rail hub; you will get the exact times with enough lead time for your travel planning.

Is this a classic conference?

No. The focus is on hands-on formats, real practical examples and exchange of experience. There are talks, but the practical part and the network are the centerpiece.

How does the forum relate to the AI Enablement workshops?

Depending on the package, the AI Enablement workshops from wals.pro include one, two or four forum seats. The forum is where you stay in touch after the workshop and keep up to date on patterns and news.

What happens if I join the waitlist?
