Many AI initiatives get stuck between demo and daily operations.

There are ideas and first experiments, but no process that runs in production after testing, and nobody who can develop it further safely.

That is exactly where the AI Enablement Workshops come in: together we pick a real process from your daily work, build it in your private n8n+weclapp boilerplate, test it, and hand it over into a clear operating model.

AI enablement has succeeded when your team can build the next secure ERP workflow on its own.

Behind it is wals.pro, the weclapp specialist behind the weclapp AI platform. More than 100 companies work with wals.pro AI solutions.

Your private n8n+weclapp boilerplate

Every customer works in a private instance of the wals.pro n8n+weclapp boilerplate. It is the foundation of every workshop, from the first quick win to the team operating model.

Private instance

You work in your own instance of the wals.pro n8n+weclapp boilerplate, not a shared sandbox. Access and permissions are set up properly for your team.

Rules & tests built in

Workflows are built around structure, check steps, and test data, not as a one-off demo. What gets built also gets tested.

Secure handover

Setup, rules, tests, and the documented handover are part of the model. In the end, your team runs and extends the workflows itself.

How it works

Fixed dates instead of open-ended consulting loops, from the first conversation to the handover.

Icon: Fit check

1 · Fit check (30 minutes)

Together we define a process, a process owner, a success metric, and the team size. After that, both sides know whether a package fits and which one.

Icon: Kickoff

2 · Kickoff & setup

Dates are fixed, your private boilerplate instance is provisioned, and test data and the target state are defined.

Icon: Build Labs

3 · Build Labs

We build on the real process together, with rules, check steps, and tests in your boilerplate. Your team is involved from the start.

Icon: Handover and support

4 · Handover & support

Documented handover into a clear operating model, followed by clearly limited support: 2, 4, or 8 weeks depending on the package.

Prerequisites

The workshops work because they start from a real process. Whether you meet the prerequisites is something we clarify in the fit check, in 30 minutes.

What you bring

  • A named process that is run manually today
  • A process owner who is responsible for the process from a business perspective
  • Available test data and a measurable target state
  • Willingness to actively take part in the Build Labs

Then it's not (yet) a fit

  • "Just show us AI in general" with no concrete process
  • No owner and no available data
  • Expecting unlimited implementation within the package

Security and handover principles

The goal is not for you to need us, but for your team to keep building safely.

01

Preview & approval

Workflows that write to your ERP follow the same principle as our weclapp AI platform: preview first, then approval. Important decisions stay with people.

02

Private environment

Your boilerplate instance belongs to you. Access, permissions, and data stay in your hands. Nothing runs through a shared environment.

03

Tests before go-live

No workflow goes live without test data and a defined target state. Testing happens in the workshop, not at the first real incident.

04

Clearly limited support

Support is part of the package and ends on a planned date, with a documented handover instead of permanent dependence on external implementation.

In 30 minutes you'll know whether it fits.

In the fit check, we define a process, an owner, a success metric, and the team size together. Afterwards you get a clear recommendation on which package fits, or an honest "not yet".

  • 30 minutes, remote
  • A clear package recommendation instead of a pitch
  • Fixed dates, clearly limited support
  • Private n8n+weclapp boilerplate

AI Enablement Workshops

Is this AI training?

No. There is no prompt course and no tool tour. Together we build a real process from your daily work in your private n8n+weclapp boilerplate, test it, and hand it over into a clear operating model. The training happens on your own process, not on slides.

What is the n8n+weclapp boilerplate?

A private instance with a prepared structure for n8n+weclapp workflows: rules, check steps, and tests are built in. You don't start from scratch, but on a foundation that has setup, tests, and secure handover in mind from the beginning.

What do we need to prepare?

A named process, a process owner, available test data, and a measurable target state. Whether you have those in place and which package fits, we clarify together in the 30-minute fit check.

How do the workshops relate to the weclapp AI platform?

The weclapp AI platform connects your ERP via chat with the AI tool your team already uses. In the workshops, you additionally build your own automation workflows with n8n and weclapp. Both follow the same principle: preview, approval, and traceability. The AI never writes without being asked.

What happens after support ends?

You receive a documented handover, your team runs and extends the workflows itself, and you stay in touch through the included forum seats. The support in the package is deliberately limited. Unlimited implementation is not part of the package price.

Why fixed project prices instead of hourly rates?

Because you're buying a result, not effort: every package has a defined scope, fixed dates, and a tested result. That makes the investment plannable, for you and for us.
