You start the process via barcode at the CMC system. The system finds the matching packing order in Pulpo and guides you cleanly into the run.

Shipping label creation

Shipping labels are created directly in the packing process. No second workflow, no tool switching, no media break.

Packing data back into the WMS

Weights and dimensions are captured and written back to Pulpo. Your data in the WMS stays consistent.

State tracking per order

The process is tracked in a structured way per order, including reservation and clean release of the virtual packing slot.

Traceable events

Central machine events are processed on the system side and made traceable in logs, as a basis for monitoring and audit.

Special cases covered

Supports multi-order paths for special barcodes and CartBox scenarios.
