Book an intro callThe best customs automation fails on empty fields. Fulfillment 4 weclapp reads the customs data directly from the weclapp item. The cleaner your master data, the fewer queries at the packing table and the fewer customs holds at the destination.

The hard stop before the label applies to bill of materials items. It's best to check individual items beforehand via a filter in weclapp; otherwise the carrier rejects missing data at the label request.
Only items that go to third countries need the fields. Because orders rarely ask beforehand, maintaining them is worthwhile for the whole range you offer internationally.
