The ERP AI Forum: 1.5 days among people who actually built it
The idea didn't come from us
It came up in a workshop, from one of our customers: connect us with the other companies you work with. See what they built, and ask how they did it. For his company, that would be the real added value.
He was right. There is enough talk about artificial intelligence. What's missing in ERP projects are people who show what is actually running in their setup: with real data, real permissions, real tests and real accountability. That's what we're building the ERP AI Forum for.
You don't drive home with notes, but with a plan
On the evening of day 1 we collect the topics that really matter to the group. Day 2 then follows a session plan that emerges from exactly that. And it ends with everyone writing down what will be built in the next 30 days.

That's the difference between a conference and a working room: you don't leave with inspiration, but with a next step.
What you will actually see there
Show and tell is the core of the program. Participants show their own projects, and not the glossy version: which process was the problem? What was automated? Where were the limits? What would the team do differently today?

The topics come from what is really being built right now. Booking goods receipt and shipping via AI, with preview and approval. Reporting directly in the weclapp chat, without a BI tool. From the EDI order to the fully labeled pallet. Agents that don't just answer but book.
That's why we have put in writing: at least half of the stage belongs to users. We naturally use names, quotes and recordings only after documented approval.
No pitch, not even from us
ERP vendors, integration partners and complementary technologies are part of it. But a partner contribution has to help the participants on a professional level. That's why there are moderated roundtables and practical formats instead of sales talks.
The rule applies to us too: no pitch presentation from wals.pro on stage. You are a guest, not a sales lead. There is no badge scanning with us.
Workshops at your level
The hands-on blocks run in parallel by experience level. If you are getting started, you get a clear path into the weclapp AI platform and into safe ways of working with the ERP. If your team is further along, the blocks go into boilerplate, n8n, agent, testing and governance questions.
In between, there is deliberately plenty of time for conversations with people who have similar teams, similar data and similar dependencies. Many ERP questions simply can't be answered with a generic slide.
The schedule
It starts the evening before with the kick-off dinner. Then follow 1.5 days of program: day 1 starts with an honest status report on AI in the ERP, followed by show and tell and the parallel workshops. Day 2 belongs to the session plan and the 30-day plans.
Who the forum is for
The forum is a good fit for you if you:
- use weclapp and want to tackle AI or automation seriously,
- are responsible for ERP, operations or automation processes,
- as a process owner or decision-maker are looking for real examples instead of general AI promises,
- implement with n8n and AI yourself or are involved in such projects as a partner,
- want to openly exchange experiences with other companies.
It's not a fit if you are exclusively looking for a big stage for a sales pitch.
What it costs
€1,490 net per seat. Included are:
- Two overnight stays with breakfast
- Full catering: two dinners, two lunches, breaks
- All workshops and talks
- A seat reserved in your name

So you don't book conference plus hotel plus dinner, but one seat. If you have booked one of our programs AI Enablement Kompakt, AI Enablement Team or AI Enablement Scale, 1, 2 or 4 named seats are already included in your package. Additional seats cost €1,490 net.
Date and seats
The forum takes place in 2027, we will announce the exact dates later. Seats are deliberately limited and curated, because the format only works if the group knows each other on the second day.
Have yourself put on the list with no obligation, and you'll be the first to hear about date, location and available seats:
