What does an ERP cost at 500 to 10,000 orders?

weclapp charges ERP Trade per user and month: €163 with annual billing, €179 with monthly billing (weclapp list price, as of October 2026, net plus VAT). There are no document or transaction fees. Asked about hidden costs, weclapp answers on its e-commerce industry page with “All costs can be found transparently on our pricing page.”

License costs change when someone joins or leaves the team, not with the number of orders. Which modules a merchant ERP needs to bring is shown in ERP for online merchants and wholesalers.

With weclapp, document volume does not determine the price, but the number of users does. How many people work in the system at which volume is therefore an assumption: two users at 500, three at 2,000, five at 5,000 and eight at 10,000 orders.

Calculate it like this: users × €163 gives the license per month with annual billing (weclapp list price, as of October 2026, net). With monthly billing you use €179 and arrive at €358, €537, €895 and €1,432 for the same profiles.

Add-ons cost €55 per person and month. Include them only for the people who work with them; two add-ons double the surcharge.

The table assumes the full ERP Trade license with annual billing for every person. The license line can turn out lower, because weclapp offers single licenses for pure warehouse, order or accounting roles (Warehouse €49, Order management €49, Accounting €39 per user and month), which can only be booked together with ERP Services or Trade (weclapp list price, as of October 2026, net). Access for tax advisors is free of charge at the company's request. Shop and marketplace connections as well as warehouse management are included in the ERP Trade package; setup is effort, not a license line.

At 500 orders per month and a need only for invoicing, shipping labels and DATEV export, a lean tool may be enough; whether it is cheaper depends on the tool's pricing model and your requirements. • Add-ons: Contract Management and Helpdesk cost €55 per person and month each (weclapp list price, as of October 2026, net). If all three users work with one add-on, that is €165 per month, so €654 instead of €489.
• Support package: Email support is included in all packages. Phone and live chat are available through paid support packages (Bronze, Silver, Gold).

• Integrations: On its e-commerce industry page, weclapp writes: “No costs for interfaces and their support.” The weclapp app in the Shopify App Store is free; you only pay for the weclapp ERP Trade license, which weclapp bills separately from Shopify. Custom processes are effort that someone has to bear.
