The automated workflow looks like this:

Create the purchase order: First you create a purchase order in weclapp (including order line items) and finish entering it. You select who should approve the order (approvers) and who should be informed (people to inform).

Start the flow: Once you have finished entering the order, an automated flow starts. It sends an email with the note "Your approval is required" to the selected approvers.

Approval: The selected people can then review and approve the purchase order via the email.

Automatic follow-up processing: After approval, the flow creates the purchase order documents in weclapp and transmits the order to the supplier. The approvals are stored as comments on the purchase order.
Security first
A key feature of this process is the weclapp permission system. It ensures that not everyone can create purchase order documents at will. Every purchase order must go through this specific process to secure the required approvals. Any attempt to bypass this approval process is prevented by modifying the weclapp permissions.
