We connect them to weclapp: orders arrive in weclapp as sales orders every 15 minutes, and tracking, invoices, prices and stock go back to the marketplace.

If you like, the integration accepts the order automatically.
The integration matches each line to your article by article number, offer SKU or EAN, and creates the buyer as a customer or finds them again.
If the marketplace works in gross and your sales channel in net, the integration converts. Shipping costs arrive as a separate line.
Tracking number and carrier go to the marketplace, and the order shows as shipped there.
If you issue the invoice in weclapp, the PDF lands at the marketplace. If the marketplace issues the customer invoice itself, this step is skipped.
About every two weeks your accounting receives the payout as an MT940 file by email, with invoice number and commission.

You sell in your own name. weclapp issues the invoice to the customer, and the marketplace gets the PDF.

No. Each marketplace is its own configuration with its own access and its own sales channel in weclapp, and the API stays the same. You serve several marketplaces in parallel from the same weclapp tenant and switch price and stock sync on or off per marketplace. Differences exist in carriers and billing.
First by article number, meaning the shop SKU or the offer SKU you stored at the marketplace. If it finds no match, it searches by EAN. For special cases you set up a fixed mapping. That way each line lands on the right article and stock stays correct.
Depending on the setup every 15 minutes or once a day, for each marketplace separately. You maintain prices and stock only in weclapp. The integration also creates the offers from weclapp, and if a product is missing from the marketplace catalog, it submits it with name, description, EAN and category.
Orders the marketplace cancels before the import are not pulled into weclapp by the integration. If you cancel yourself, you reject the order in the seller portal and cancel the sales order in weclapp. You also handle partial cancellations and refunds in the seller portal.
That depends mostly on the marketplace: it has to approve you and enable API access. If your article numbers and EANs are clean, the integration is set up quickly after that and checked with a test order. In the initial call we go through what you prepare before the start.
