For all purchases made via the app, customer invoices and credit notes for chefs are created via the CRM interface.

Customers, chefs and admin manage the data in the app themselves. Chefs maintain their menus and events independently.
What was our role in the development?
Planning
The project started with the idea and business model of our customer. We developed the brand, gave it a name, character, colors, shapes, logo and defined all aspects in a style guide.
After creating the complete corporate identity, we reserved all relevant domains for the name Cobelly and created pages and channels on all social media platforms, which we use from the start with content in a uniform appearance according to the style guide.
Implementation
In close cooperation with the customer, we created the UX architecture in Adobe XD, which we made available to the customer at any time in the current version as a click dummy in order to integrate them in the best possible way and to be able to incorporate their feedback directly after each iteration.
Based on this design, we developed the Cobelly web app and successfully introduced it to the Austrian market. The app was continuously adapted to the platform's business model in several iterations. Both public and private catering events can be booked via the app.
Support
In addition to the operation, the ongoing development of the application and e-mail marketing, we provide support for our customers as well as for the end users of the application.
